Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

This is be the only PeiWei location that I would recommend to anyone (believe me, I've been to all the PeiWei locations in the Dallas area), and the only one that I would go to. This one is clean and have adults running it, and the only one where level of service didn't get lost with the transition. I'm always happy to see Julio, who always takes care of us and makes sure our food arrives in a timely manner always with a smile.

I usually order from here through door dash. And more times than not, the food is great! But the last three times I've ordered, there's one thing in particular they keep messing up. I ask for extra sauce on the side, and they don't put any sauce in the dish, and only give me my sauce on the side. So then, that means my sauce isn't "extra" then does it? Why is that a big deal? Because I have to pay extra for that extra sauce. So you are giving me less sauce and I'm paying more. I dunno who the cook is at the time of this review, but you are incredibly incompetent. If this was a one time thing I could forgive it, but it's getting to be a consistent thing. All in all, I think it's still worth getting food from this store because mistakes like this are pretty rare in my experience and the food still tastes great. Except of course they don't seem to know what the word EXTRA means. I'll just go there in person from now on to make sure they stop messing this up.

I used to come here all the time but unfortunately went months without stopping by. I finally get the chance to dine here once again and my gosh has it turned to trash. There are only 8 small pieces of chicken for this entire dish. Stingy. The dumplings were cold and the soy sauce container was put in upside down so when we pulled it out it spilled everywhere. I don’t know what happened to this place but it is horrendous now.
