Pathetic. $9.59 for this fire cracker chicken as carryout. Only 4 small pieces of chicken where found in this half empty carry out container. The rest was little pieces fried flour. Looks like I was given all the left over pieces that went into the fryer which was then covered in sauce.
Used to be great around 4-5 years ago. Now everything is either overcooked or tastes bad. Portion sizes have also went down for an increase in price. I would usually get it once a week, but now I have to gamble on if it will be good or regret my decision on getting Pei Wei.
Broken Arrow location needs help...Way under staffed to service the customers. We got there alittle after 11am and my food had way to much sauce on it....couldn't eat it. By 11:30 customers were walking out because of the slow service taking orders. Also food sat up on the bar to be taken out to the customers several minutes...when we left no one had picked up food for the customers. It wasn't the lunch hour yet and the staff couldn't handle the customer flow. Won't be back to that location.
