Great atmosphere and service ..good breakfast place..
This place is a staple breakfast spot for my family. I have so many favorites. Country fried steak and gravy, their chorizo breakfast burrito, and their Belgian waffle are always so good! It's hard to decide what I want when we come here because everything is so good. Service is always consistently good as well.
I ordered food to go and when I got home I see my food is wrong. When I call I asked if they could apply a partial refund for the issue and they insist that they couldn’t without seeing the food. So I travel back over there and they don’t even look at the food before giving me a refund which seems very weird. They also insisted on having the food back. Also the cashier wasn’t apologetic at all. That would have improved my customer experience greatly. Overall getting breakfast to go should be a convenience and this was super inconvenient.
