Pearls Korean BBQ

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! My mom placed an order of $96 today and simply wanted to add a drink to her order. The server, named Mary, was not helpful. She was rude as she was laughing at my mother along with her fellow coworker. Their costumer service needs tweaking. Absolute horrible horrible disrespectful towards costumers! I see other reviews of their costumer service, but has it been addressed at all?

Ordered a mini kalbi and mini meat jun. I was called for my order #188. When I got home had a mini meat jun labeled 188 and a full mean jun #187. Tried to call back and no one answered. Quality of food is terrible not worth the $28. Amazing that other reviews find this Ewa Beach Pearl BBQ “good” as I never had a good experience in the few times I’ve ordered. Will not return since they’ve never redeemed themselves when I do!

The absolute worst service in the state of Hawaii. First off, make sure that the person you are serving doesn’t speak and understand Filipino fluently. Second, do not speak poorly of the customer while serving them. Third, why are Filipinos speaking poorly of me at a Korean restaurant when they are serving low quality food that isn’t remotely Korean? Owners, please fix this. I have nothing against the nationality of workers or anything. I am half Korean. Hire workers that are not absolutely ridiculous and joke around about customers. I am thankful that I speak 4 languages. Workers at pearls Ewa, you are lucky my time is worth more than ensuring people like you do not get to work anywhere near me.
