The quality of food has drastically declined since they opened. This is my family’s 3rd time eating here. The first time eating here the food was amazing and we were happy to finally find a seafood restaurant outside of Atlanta. But after today’s visit I’m not sure we’ll be back. The best part of our visit today was our server Hayden. He was very friendly, polite and attentive. My daughter ordered a clam strip basket that we had to send back. They were so over cooked they literally crumbled into dust crumbs when pulled apart. We couldn’t even tell there were clams inside the breading. Her fries were cold and old. I got the grilled mahi with baked potato and broccoli. The baked potato was very old and half of it had black spots. The mahi was over cooked. My husband wasn’t really feeling like seafood and got a burger and Mac and cheese and called it average at best. We fully understand the price of everything has increased. We would rather pay more and be satisfied with our meal but we p
Very nice folks here, we did show up right when they unlocked the doors, which they probably didn't appreciate. Decent menu, it's a little pricey, especially for what you get. $15 for fish and chips (see pics) and $9 for a kids meal of chicken and mac-n-cheese. No substitutions on the fish and chips, for $15 you should be able to get a baked potato. The fries were seasoned and good, 2 hush puppies and 2 fish sticks. The beer batter was ok but under-cooked, should have been crispier coming out of the fryer. Honestly, I've had better meals at Captain D's for $6. I gave 'em a try, but I'll probably good elsewhere next time. Just too expensive for what you get.
The atmosphere is great, was greeted with a smile a clean, an very well maintained. Food was hot and was on point. Austin makes amazing drinks an amazing mixologist when making drinks Erica an Erin are amazing servers keeping things in order an making sure food is great. Overall great place to come an bring friends and family will definitely be returning soon.
