The whole point of ordering online and picking is for busy people on the go. Clearly printed on the receipt is extra chicken and dressing. Salad looked very sad. And no salad dressing nor silverware. A very disappointing PDQ. Always check your bag......I guess.
The Food was good, I would say this chicken house is very similar to Chick-fil-A- however they serve wings. The wings were very good size, snd cooked homogeneous- the sauces were made well and tasty. We also had chicken sandwiches and some sides, the Wachos -waffle fry nachos were good but they were a little skimpy on the toppings, the broccoli was good but served cold, the zucchini fried were good but a little greasy. Chicken A +, sides C - , the shake was good texture but not too chocolaty - overall good experience, very clean and the service was super fast. The price tag (( high )) not sure if worth the premium.
Ordered a grilled chicken meal and got home and the chicken on my sandwich is burnt, cold, hard, and dry. They didn’t give me my receipt either.
