While looking for lunch around Central Park, we found Patsy’s Pizzeria. We wanted to have authentic NY-style pizza and Patsy’s ranges up there. It was a little busy when we walked in, but we were able to get a table quickly. Soon after being seated, we had water and were asked if we had any questions. We ordered a red wine and the heavy pour glasses came out fast and accompanied by amazing bread. We ordered a traditional pepperoni/mushroom pizza. When it came out, our eyes got huge and our mouths began to water. It looked amazing!! The basil with the fresh mozzarella just elevated the flavor. We smashed the pizza and did not regret a single bite! Our first NY-style pizza was a home run. Service was great and they were very attentive, even while busy. We were thanked and invited back soon. We would love to be back soon!
