The pizza and Greek salad were very good. Counter service could use some help though. The nice girl working the register spent about 10 minutes scratching her head and saying she needed to wash her hair. Luckily she only took my order and didn't walk into the kitchen area.
I absolutely love Pats! Been ordering since like 2017 and I’ve never had an issue. Food is always FRESH! BIG PORTIONS, follow directions. Just top tier. Right now Me family is hooked on the signature Buffalo garlic wings! OMG. I honestly love pats. Everything I’ve tried has been good UPDATE: As I stated previously, I always order from pats and never had a problem … UNTIL TODAY. They sent BURNED old bay wings and refused a refund. IM DONE WITH THEM. It only takes one time for someone to be rude to me!
I really liked this place a sandwich ago. I ordered a Chicken Parm sandwich some weeks ago. The sandwich was great. I placed an order today and the order was wrong. I didn't realize this until we got home. We went back to show them the order was wrong. The manager (slick back hair/glasses) asked me for my receipt. I didn't have and didn't remember If I received one. He asked if we read the screen, I didn't remember reading the screen at all. The young lady at the register was very professional. I cannot trash her. This dude made the order over again and we receive Chicken fingers Parm sandwich. We had more bread than chicken SMH. This guy had to get back at us because we did the right thing. Thanks for the Chicken fingers Parm sandwich........,.
