Pasta Shop Ristorante

Had high expectations but was disappointed. Not overly large semi dark interior with apparently no air-conditioning. There were some ceiling fans but they were on low most likely because it would get the diners eating below them food would get cold. Service is slow and unattentive. For a pasta shop I would have appreciated choices or preparations I wouldn't necessarily make at home. We started with the Artichoke which was good and recommended. Also, the Bruschetta, this was not so good and barely touched. I gave the Shrimp Fra Diablo a try and added shrimp, no lobster choice. Well this was the widest linguine I've had could have been a fettuccine. I don't like a lot of spice I feel it can mask the meals flavor. However this dish had no spice at all ????. My wife and daughter both had the Lobster Mac and Cheese. They both liked their choice and recommend it. It was so hot inside nobody wanted to try any dessert. Good execution of quality food. A quaint, family operated restaurant. Good service. But lobster ravioli does not meet our expectation because we have tasted much better ones with much thinner pasta dough.

Love it. Loved it. Looking forward to going back! Had the lasagna, fantastic. Spinach Pappardelle with Shrimp was great. Pappardelle Alfredo with chicken was great. Excellent service, well informed. Thanks for a great birthday dinner!!
