Pasquale's Pizza Co

Updating my rating. Pasquale's has been a mainstay for us as long as we've lived in the area, especially on Wednesday evenings. A lot of our friend group would go there after our meeting and fill up half the restaurant. Unfortunately after the pandemic, it seems hours were changed so that the restaurant closed one hour earlier on Wednesdays or at the very least stopped taking orders sooner. So it is no longer possible for us to go on Wednesdays when they usually have their special. Besides the specials, the pizzas have gotten super expensive. In my opinion not worth the price for an every week thing. However, I understand why anyone else would want to go as the service is usually very good and the pizzas are good enough.

We loved the pizza from here! It was hot and fresh from the oven, thin, NY style just like we like. Great and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Do not recommend this place at all. 0/10 for the cleanliness of the food you are being served and the customer service. As a long time customer of all the Pasquale’s locations in the area, this is by far the WORST one. We ordered food an hour before closing. Picked up our food and once we got home there was not one but 2 pieces of hair in our food. When we called to complain they told us no one can help us and they close in 5 minutes that someone can fix this issue for us first thing the next morning. Next day, they never call. I called them to speak to someone. The manager gets on the phone and basically tells me he can’t help me because it’s Halloween so there’s no staff (please tell me what does that have to do with their being hair in my food?) and only the owner can fix this issue. Literally is that hard to just fix an issue THAT WAS WITH YOUR RESTAURANT. Or offer some sense of responsibility and compensation as a restaurant? No one seems to know how to problem solve there. I don’
