Hadn't been there in years. Wanted to stop in every time I traveled through Madison. Finally got a chance recently, and was not disappointed. Got a classic gyro/fries and it was as good as I remember! This time I was there in the afternoon, whereas in the past I would have been around bartime, so the atmosphere was a lot more chill. Definitely would still recommend this place to anyone looking for a good gyro!
We had the regular gyro, the Greek Chick, fries, and Greek yogurt with honey and it was all delicious! The gyros are about $11 each, which I thought was a little pricey for just the sandwich, but it was huge and super filling. They also have a cozy rooftop garden patio that was nice place to enjoy the meal.
First time trying Greek food and was not disappointed. Service was fast, and the original gyro I had was very delicious and fulfilling ????. The upstairs garden area is amazing, really feels like you're transported to another country.
