Very authentic. I'm from Austria and have visited Hungary many times. The Austrian/German Gulasch was spot on, among the best I've ever had. ????
Was in the area and decided to try something different. Never had Hungarian cuisine. Pierogi were good. Didn't expect them to be fried but it's good. They were bigger than the Polish version. These are stuffed with potato. Hungarian Gypsy Pork was delicious. The garlicky Pork Chops were so good. Mash Potatoes were just Mash Potatoes but we took the left over sour cream from the Pierogi and it just took the Mash to the next level hehehe Hungarian Goulash is delicious. I've had Goulash from diners and other restaurants but never the original Hungarian style. It's so much better! Arthur, our server was so fast, zipping around the restaurant like a busy bee. He was funny sarcastic ????.
This was my Dad's favorite place so to honor him my family had a great meal there after his funeral. They never fail to please and we all had the chicken soup and palacinta for dessert.
