Pappas Bar-B-Q

Food tasted great but was cold but I understand it was close to closing time. Staff was nice and greeted us and helpful. I love their fries they are the best compared to other BBQ places. The brisket in my sandwich was sliced thick and was nice and tender. Their dirty rice taste good just was cold so didn't enjoy it as much as I have in the past. I topped it all off with their Watermelon drink and it taste smooth and not sugary at all but just like watermelon. I would say that it is pretty pricey though, not sure if they went up recently but I spent $40 on 2 meals with a drink. This particular location was a nice and clean location with a great staff.

I just left Papas BBQ and they had the audacity to serve me a sparsely made sliced beef sandwich for $11.95 with 3 slices of meat on it. I called and I'm assuming I spoke to a manager and he suggested I come back to remake the sandwich. After getting home I shouldn't have to come back out for them to remake a sandwich. This is the second time having an experience like this at this location and this location used to be one of the best. Not lately. Time to do better and not scam customers talking about the weight of the meat. I know better because I've been dining at this location for over 20 years. It was an hour before closing and if you're closing for the night and out of beef just say that don't skimp on the product for the customer.

Terrible I am so disappointed. I went to papas because I wanted some barbecue I live in Splendora went to Humble and waited in the drivethru for about 20 minutes. I ordered a chopped beef brisket baked potato fully loaded and a two meat plate of sausage and sliced beef brisket Jumbo! . I got home excited and opened to see this. What’s this! I thought it was the fixings for the baked potato! I PAID $18 dollars for this! I called spoke to Yolanda I told her the problem the phone hung up. Then I called back after 20 rings Roger answered. Advised that it was correct was a 1/4 meat but I asked for sliced and Jumbo. This isn’t sliced this is left over gristle and 5 pieces of sausage. I spent $36.70! I won’t be going back! I should have stuck with the baked potato it had more meat then that! Roger was no help. And didn’t even offer any help. Just terrible customer service!!
