Papouli's Greek Restaurant/Cafe

Ordered takeout via telephone. Food was not prepared correctly, meals missing vegetables, meals with wrong sides and fries cold as though they’d been sitting out under a fan. I called to complain and notify the restaurant. Hostess said that nothing could be remade. I then requested a refund, but she denied that as well so I told her I would leave a review. She scoffed and chuckled as she said “ok, leave a review” So here’s your review and tip of advice: Provide customers with what they purchase and always, ALWAYS, teach staff customer service. Attitude really is everything.

This will have to be my last visit. Extra expensive but extra cheap on the meat for a chicken gyro salad look at the pic, one skewer of about 4-5 pieces. On my first visit the gyro chicken meat was ice cold and minimal of course. The reason why I tried the grilled chicken this time. And for my second visit I witnessed with my own eyes the guy plating salad with his bare hands ????. I'm good. Entire plate in the trash. Only eating the olives because it was sealed $14.07 for lunch down the drain. No beverage ice water only. My last two reviews were about salads from this restaurant and Bay Breeze look at the complete difference.

I grew up eating at the Macon location. So was pleasantly surprised to discover we moved close to their Alpharetta location. They did not disappoint. I opted for the Lamb Beftiki with fries and we split Baklava. Tasty and easy on the budget. We took the menu home and will, of course, be regulars from now on.
