Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Never had a bad pizza from them unless I burned it.

I am updating my review. What used to be a great place has slipped tremendously. A couple weeks ago I ordered the usual order for my family online and on a whim, added a salad. When I picked it up it looked good. When I got it home and moved the top of it, most of the lettuce underneath was rotten. I'm talking slimy and inedible. I sent an email to their "customer service" and got a canned response from [email protected] saying they would forward this to the store manager. After that, nothing but crickets. I went in today to pick up more pizza, while I was there I mentioned the bad experience to the employee, he gave out some lame excuses and an apology, but no attempt to make it right. I will have to rethink my pizza options moving forward, they used to care but don't anymore, apparently. In today's uncertain market, customer service should be more important, not less important.

Customer service was on point. The employees were working yet still having fun. Ordering was simple and fast and my pizzas were prepared perfectly. The pizzas were yummy the cookie dough was fantastic we will definitely be back.
