Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Madison and Krystin are the best employees in the store. They are hard working and do the job the right way. Never had a bad pizza from there. Good job.

Second bad experience. First trip was told they were only taking exact cash and change and no cards for orders. Last night I paid 28 bucks for 2 pizzas and was told it would be at least an hour before my pizzas were made since there was only 1 guy in store. I should have ask for refund then but I left and came back an hour later and store was closed due to covid and I ask if I could just get my pizza that I ordered and paid for an hour ago and they told me no, I ask for refund and was told no they could not give me my refund cause store was closed (While 3 employees were doing nothing(. My question now is how in the world will I get my refund?? Never again Mooresville Papa Murphys.

Mooresville location was closed and had to drive all the way to Plainfield to pick up. I didnt recieve a call or email as a heads up before heading that way. Stuff happens I get it, great priced food but the hassle left a bad taste in my mouth. Please remove the location from online order if the location is closed.
