Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Very good quality ingredients, great pizza and nice staff. But they need to work on consistency. Lately the "thin crust" has been paper thin with lots of holes. The regular has been what I would consider thing crust. Cheese and sauce has been very inconsistent as well.

EXTREMELY stingy with coupons. I brought in a BOGO that we had received in the mail 2 weeks ago but apparently the offer didn't start until the day after I brought it in?... And they wouldn't let me use it, told me to come back later. Another time I had a coupon that was good for discounts on "up to 3 pizzas". They would only give me the offer for one even though I pointed out the section on the coupon, it was pretty clear on the coupon but was a struggle in the store. Save the trouble if you're a coupon shopper and use a different franchise location.

take your order step aside and wait give you the pizza and out the door like robots no communication other then what you want
