Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Revised down from a reluctant 4 stars to a weak 3. The turn over at this location leads to ridiculous wait times for simple pizzas. Called it in 25 mins ago, was told 15 mins. Standing room only and they haven't started mine yet. Would be faster to just order a regular cooked pizza

This location needs management help. We call to order and many times the phone is off the hook. When and if you get through, you hear the staff laughing and joking around. Placing an order is always an issue. The staff has an attitude. We ordered a special for $9. We requested no cheese due to a food allergy. They would not modify the pizza unless we paid $14. Think about it, they get to save money by keeping the cheese! But the employee said it’s their policy not to modify pizza specials. Terrible customer service, they really need to take better care of their customers. I don’t recommended anyone patronize this location.

This location has been plagued with problems for a while. They constantly run out of dough for thin crust, cheese bread, and dessert wheels. They frequently get orders wrong. They seem to have an ever rotating cast of nice but new and poorly trained staff. I suspect it is a franchise with a cheap owner who doesn’t order enough inventory and creates a bad work environment and thus can’t keep good employees.
