Papa Johns Pizza

I'm not one to typically complain about orders unless it's REALLY bad. And this one takes the cake. Not only was my pizza 30 minutes late (on a 30 minute order), but when I called a manager for an update someone picked up the phone but never spoke so I sat there for 5 minutes listening to customers place orders in the store. I hung up since my food finally arrived only to be disappointed... I figured the pizza would at least be WARM since it was so late but it was almost colder than room temperature! Disgusting. And if that wasn't bad enough, one of the pizzas was completely ruined since the garlic sauce exploded in one of the boxes. Decided to call the store again to give them a chance to redeem themselves and (surprisingly) someone picked up this time. I let them know the situation and all they could say was "Sorry. We get complaints about that delivery driver all the time".... HUH??? This person is still employed and I can't even get a partial refund for a ruined family dinner? Yike

I ordered 2 items and when I only received 1 item I called the store to calmly ask them to bring my other item. Why wouldn't I be calm? Its a simple issue. No big deal right? The first employee I spoke to told me I didn't order from them. The manager then gets on the phone and tells me I did receive both items. At thus point, I'm no longer calm. Why are both these employees telling me, the customer, that what I am saying about my order is not true? How about fixing the problem instead? I did get a refund but it is amazing that businesses treat customers this way. Considering all the 1 star reviews with similar types of complaints, its clear this store doesn't care. Order with low expectations if you are going to order from here.

Pizza is the worst I ever had at this location and they keep changing the price on the pizza for a example a small cheese pizza cost me $6.50 one day and three days later it is $7.96 for the same pizza call mgr.about it it should be $12.00 .in less than a week it double in price wow what inflation. So bad customer service Bad pizza And double the price. GOOD JOB. Papa John's pizza
