Papa Johns Pizza

I placed an order via the Papa John's App at around 3:55pm, and the app indicated that it would take 33 - 43 minutes. Long story short, it took closer to 2 hours to get my order, and when I received it, the food (pizza and garlic knots) was cold, garlic knots overdone and the order was incomplete (I ordered a bundle for $22, which included a side, a 2 Liter beverage and a pizza [up to 5 toppings])...they did not bring my 2 Liter beverage. This has been by far the worst experience I've had with any Papa John's location!

Tried to place an online order Wednesday night and was called immediately and was told they didn't have a delivery driver. Called last night recording said location is closed. Tried to place online order today same thing stores closed. Hell it had to be better than dominos. Online eta 45 minutes to an hour actual eta 2 hours and 45 minuts.

Called Papa John’s in Waxahachie to help us out with a large order (20 pizzas) that needed to be split 5 ways. The manager, Megan, was so helpful and sweet! They got us taken care of and delivered the whole order correctly and on time. Will for sure use them again in the future!
