I have no idea what's going on in this place. We've been ordering from this place over 20 years with no problems until this past year. I'm so fed up! I hate that I like Papa John's. You ask for simple instructions like, using side doors, or well done pizza, extra this and that, and they can't seem to do it. Do they no longer read here? Also, we don't normally ask our pizza or wings to be well done, but we do that because lately it seems undercooked.
I ordered the pepperoni pizza with cheese and pepperoni in the crust. It was simply delicious. I ate half (4 pieces) on the drive home. I was about 30 minutes from home when I left Papa John's. I ate 2 pieces a day for dinner for the next two days. Looks like they are running a special until the end of August. Awesome!
They delivered us the wrong order. We tried resolving this through the website, but agent on the website told us to call this location directly, which is impossible. When you call, you only hear prerecorded message and don't have an option of talking to a person to resolve this. We waited 10 minutes on the line and got nothing. We'll try to file a complaint online to get our money back, but it's sad that we didn't get our food.
