Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered from the Papa John's app, my order was ready 10 minutes prior to the estimated time frame. Descent experience and may order again if I'm in the mood for takeout pizza. The picture is of a medium pizza and honey chipotle boneless wings.

We waited 30+ minutes for a small pizza and small side of wings. They had probably 4-6 employees working and only 1 other customer inside. Absolutely ridiculous. Additionally, very unprofessional workplace manners and conversation. Finally, someone asked us what we ordered but in a very unfriendly and uncaring attitude. When we asked for ranch and marinara, he just couldn’t be bothered. He acted like we were inconveniencing him. The ONLY reason this place is getting 1 star is because they were open late and the food was warm when we got it. I will say , the 2 female employees were friendly and helpful though.

Put my order in at 2:55pm called at 4:04 pm this lady wanted to tell me my order came in at 3:30pm when the email confirmation is time stamped for 2:55pm and all she said was your order will be the next out so I told her my order better not be old I want a FRESH PIZZA for all the time Im waisting waiting for this pizza. It really should have been free at this point. Terrible service. Will never order from this location again. All this time I waited I could have picked it up. & the pizza better be right or I will update this review with exactly how it showed up!
