Papa Johns Pizza

Pretty good pizza. Delivery was an hour and 10 minutes instead of 30-40. But somebody from the store called me and said their delivery driver had a flat tire, so I got a discount and pizza got to my place still warm, good temperature to eat. Was no inconvenience for me and the woman from the store that called me was nice. But the ordering over the phone needs to improve, I feel like it was some lady from another country sitting in front of the computer and placing an online order for me, but it still took me no more then 5 min to order. (4m32s to be exact). Would be happier ordering directly from the store.

Man oh man my entire pregnancy i couldn't anything nor cook so this was my husband's goto so much so that the delivery guys new our orders and new to bring them to our window for easy delivery lol the moment I couldn't eat again I smashed out on wings ???????????? I really appreciate them I couldn't wait to get them and the were perfect. No feathers no broken bones no hard pieces I love it

I haven’t even eaten my pizza yet and I’m gonna give this place 5 stars. I just had my pizza delivered by Tim. He is the sweetest, kindest, and most patient person I have had the pleasure of meeting. In 1 min this man handed off my pizza to me and told me all of things he’s done in his life. It only took 60 seconds. As long as Tim delivers my pizza I will order from Papa Johns in Parma Hts. And if you made it this long through reading this review, be kind to others.. even if it means giving 60 seconds of your time. ❤️❤️
