Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered online a pizza at 8 pm. Got out of work late and hungry at 9:15-9:30. I got there they had no such order. Left and came back with order info bc my cc was charged. I even asked them to check the shelf for a supreme pizza. Spoke to two different people and no such order. I left and was going to dispute with my cc company but we called the store and was determined to find out where this pizza was. They had the pizza and was ready for pick up!! I even went back to pick up and it’s not even the right pizza!

From online order to pick-up in 17 minutes. Pizza was fresh, hot and cooked perfectly

Unable to make more than 1 pizza every 5 minutes. Waited in store for about 20 minutes while they had a full order screen so were obviously busy but the only person on makeline, the manager, wasn’t making anything more than about 1 pizza per 5 minutes. Back when I worked here and at other PJ if we couldn’t clear an order screen in less than 10 minutes we were reprimanded. This store is not worth ordering from.
