Papa Johns Pizza

Pizza arrived 45 minutes late and was Luke warm. Crust was tough. Pizza sauce was miniscule. Toppings were adequate. Original cheese sticks were cold and crust was tough. The chocolate chip cookie arrived warm...go figure.

Customer service was very poor! First of all, the owner told me I couldn't use my coupon, offering me a $5 off but at the end it was $1.25 and finally his employee was rude and took like forever to give me my order. I will never come back to that store again! Papa Johns, Avalon Park

I don’t like to leave reviews. But this will be my last time ordering from Papa John’s. Almost 2 hours to wait for my pizza to finally arrive. I understand they have busy periods. But, this is not the first time, we have experienced a long wait for our order. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But, the driver came to our house, and told us, he didn’t have our order and he was at the wrong house. We should be waiting for another driver soon. Mind you, that was a full hour after our order. We waited an additional 50 minutes for our order to finally arrive! Never again!
