Papa Johns Pizza

I had ordered at around 6:30 got there at 6:40 and it wasnt done by then it was 7 pm

So at first i thought this was going to be a 1 star review LOL!!! But when a store goes above and beyond to make it right, credit is definitely due! Tonight i ordered a pizza for me and my 1 & 3 year olds. Cheese pizza stuffed crust. Basic. Cause my babies are picky and don’t like meat topping etc like pretty much every kid on the planet lol it arrived and i got it and brought it into the kitchen and opened the box. It was a meat lovers? Pizza i guess like 25 different types of meat lol and i knew my kids would never eat it. I did try and they literally picked it apart and my son threw it on the floor. So i called the store, manager Troy got me the new correct pizza probably within 23 minutes. Like as soon as it came out the oven, boxed and it was at my door. He could probably hear my kids yelling in the background cause it’s pizza night and they wanted pizza! Worst pizza I've had. Ordered extra cheese and extra sauce. Literally received a pizza with NO sauce, but PAID for two toppings (extra sauce and cheese). Papa John's policy is supposed to replace the pizza with the correct order but the local Papa John's in Perry Hall / Nottingham did not do that. In fact they asked to take the pizza back and refund, instead of providing the correct Pizza.
