Ordered at 3pm for 6pm delivery. At 6pm, guy calls me and says they don't have a delivery driver, and the food is just sitting here. Asks me if I can come get it, I said no because I have two children at home—he said oh well and gave up.
I ordered my pizza , it said 52-62 mins. It arrived in less than 30 mins and it was just as I ordered, hot and delicious.
Buyer beware, they use a third party delivery service “doordash” that has little to no accountability. We ordered delivery, an hour later we are handed two wrong pies. Was issued a refund. Returning to Jets as they employ their own drivers. Was trying Papa John’s out but no thanks!
