Papa Johns Pizza

Horrible horrible customer service, they have the rudest people working there, they mess up your order and even after you call and complain they don’t give a dam, they hang up the phone. These people need to work on customer service!

I ordered pizza with cheese crust and it had no taste whatsoever. The cheese was very poor quality and without taste. The pizza was so thin that it kept breaking when folding it. You sniff the pizza and nothing, no pizza smell. It tasted like cardboard . I should have gone to Costco that have better and tastier pizzas, Really! It’s all in the quality of your products. Managemnt need to take a look into this or you’ll lose customers. This is a friendly recommendation.

Great food. Papa johns really outdid themselves with the epic stuffed crust pizza. It was such a pleasure eating this. ☺ staff was very busy and still attended me with a smile. For all those other negative reviews aboit customer service. Everyone has a bad day. Especially when this place gets busy beyond recognition. Great job guys. Specifically at this location.
