Papa Johns Pizza

Terrible service. Had the wrong pizza delivered so I called and asked for another to be made correctly, offering to pay for it. I was then hung up on.

It was difficult to get ahold of this place and difficult to place a mobile order (which never ended up going through). Honestly, the employee, when I finally did reach the actual store, I spoke with did not care about my questions or order. I did feel like I was inconveniencing her (and maybe it was difficult because they may not of had enough workers). She told me I would have to call my bank to find out about the money taken from my account because she really couldn’t do anything nor did she have an order for me. She couldn’t tell me if they had problems with their online system. She did not ask if I wanted to order. I just didn’t bother trying as I was frustrated, told her thank you and hung up. Maybe I will try again in the future to order from here.
