Papa Johns Pizza

Very very very poor service!! I would never recommend to order anything from here and I will never order again!!! I order 10 14 inch garlic parmesan bread sticks They charge me full price and they send me 5 1/2 And in that 2 out of 5 stick wasn’t even 12 inch Driver took pic and talk to his manager but no reply from manager!! never delivered leftovers sticks or returned my money I ordered ones before veggie pizza and they sent me pepperoni pizza I have ordered twice and both of my was ruined Never going back again And after one hour on phone holding manager finally came on call and she hang up my call before I could say my complaint I seriously never recommend any one to go there

Wish i could give a lower rating than this. Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks and they only delivered the cheese sticks. Told the driver it was wrong but she said i had to call the store. Called and was left on hold for THIRTY minutes. It would have been longer had i not just given up. Did not even have time to go up there because of my work schedule, so i guess they felt it was just appropriate to rob me of the money i paid for it.

We had to wait about a whole hour for our pizza and the cashier was starting to act rude to my family member. I understand that the cashier was under so much pressure because of everyone else waiting for their pizzas, but that was not nice. I was told from the app that my pizza was done and when we went into the store, the employee told us we had to wait 15 more minutes.
