Papa Johns Pizza

The absolute WORST restaurant in this area, and we have McDonald’s and IHOP. In addition to subpar pizza, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a very large order, and once again, their staff stole from us. When I called to complain about the order not being completely delivered, the first person I spoke with said that she “would let her manager know.” No apology, no offering to let me speak to a manager, no offer to refund me for their mistake….nothing. So, I called back to speak with the manger, and “one of the managers” (as she put it) was just as incapable as the cashier. After tallying up what was left off my delivery, she couldn’t understand why I would want her to come get my pizza and give me a refund vs waiting on her to deliver the product that I paid for and they didn’t deliver. She then spoke to “her colleague”, and collectively they decided that they “wouldn’t be able to do anything for and that I should call the GM tomorrow.” For $86, we could have

Every time I order it’s something order this pizza tonight on the phone went to pick it up and they brought the wrong pizza to the car my daughter took the pizza back in and the lady said it belong to another vehicle. We get home and open the box and this is what was in it!!! A large box of slop!! I called the manager said her employees had a long day and attitudes…and she noticed it didn’t look appetizing when she seen it but still let it go out the door? This is so unprofessional!

Ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza. Nothing wrong with it if you like your buffalo chicken chickenless. Counted like 10 little pieces of chicken on the whole thing which doesn't match up to their advertising "mounds of chicken" Everytime I order from them I say no more and then forget it when I'm hungry for pizza. Maybe this time I'll learn my lesson.
