Not a rating for this store but PJ in general, second time I have tried to order by phone .. first time got call center person that couldn't get my address right.. hung up figured if they can't get easy address right how are they going to get my order right. Called again today (many months later) again got call center person .. had to verify and repeat everything twice, got to the payment at end and was told they are not taking credit cards .. cash only. Hung up and called Domino's.. Strike two PJ...

We placed an online order at 4pm on a Monday, the store accepted the order (and our money) and said it was open. We went to go pick up the order and there was literally no one there. The phone lines were all busy and the front doors were locked. We saw two other customers run into the same issue as well. Hopefully they’ll be open tomorrow so we can get a refund.

I’ve only tried to order twice from this place in the last year and both times were frustrating experiences. The first time it was over an hour wait before they canceled my order without calling me. When I tried to call the store there was no answer. The second time the wait time showed that it would be 80minutes. I tried calling the store to cancel, but again no one seems to answer the phone at this place. Called the papa johns support and they completely useless since the store is the only one that can cancel and order. But they aren’t going to pick up the phone to let you. When the food finally came it was cold and soggy. This place is ran like a joke and I can’t believe they are still open.
