Papa Johns Pizza

I've ordered thousands of pizzas. And hundreds from Papa John's, inconsistent pizza. One time it's perfect and delicious the next is sloppy and disgusting. How hard is it to follow a recipe? Plus charge high delivery charge and u still need to tip.

Had the worst experience tonight. Had hair in our pizza not once but twice. Happend again after reordering.

We ordered pizza tonight for delivery. We found out that at times they are having to utilize Door Dash to complete deliveries as staffing with lots of food service places is scarce. Our original expected delivery was 20-30 minutes from the time we placed the order in the app. When it got to be an hour past our expected delivery we called the store and asked about the order. That was when we found out it was being completed by a Door Dash delivery driver and not an employee of Papa John’s. The employee that took our call offered to remake the order and have it delivered. Then miraculously, not even 5 minutes after we contacted the store our original order arrived, lukewarm as of it had been in the car a while. We contacted the store again to tell them the original had just arrived. Yet the store had already prepared a replacement order and it arrived at our place maybe 10 minutes later.
