Stealing tips from doordash drivers. Confirmed with customer who tipped and I did not get any tip at all.

Placed an order around 730. It's almost 930! Been told it's being placed in the oven twice already when we called to check on it. Then she says, I think it's out for delivery. When I asked which one was it, it took a minute to respond! When the order was placed it said 40 minutes. Guess I'll make self something to eat, and maybe it will be here by dinner time tomorrow. Just called back at 10:02, and was told that the information I was given was wrong. NEVAEH told me that it was being placed in the oven again. SCOTTY jumps on the phone and says the new person who I spoke to was 17 and new, and nothing she was being taught was sticking! Who says that and calls themselves a manager! Then he says the order went out by doordash and I told him that I already said cancel it, he gets loud and rude and hangs up on me! What type of place is this? I will be reaching out to corporate office in the morning, and if I enter that pizza shop and Scotty is still there and nothing was done, I will contin

We ordered from this store. We track our order. After waiting nearly 45 mins the tracker hasn't moved from the preparing order. So we called and found out they haven't even started due to 2 delivery drivers. He stated driver was returning so they were starting our order. Stated it should be 20 to 25 mins. Her it is. 25 mins later our order still isn't being made. So now we sit and wait 45 dollars worth or food and tip but no food. Real shame that hour and 10 mins passes then we get a text saying our order is delayed and they will notify us of when it is on its way. How long are we supposed to wait for delivery.
