I ordered online for a delivery from the Mack location during my lunch period. The food arrived hot and quickly, however the order came the opposite of what I ordered. I called the store to inform and they will credit my account. Next time i will check order before . The pizza bowl is delicious and different.
Customer service was good but the quality of food was not. The New Yorker was a big disappointment. The chicken wings I ordered was also a disappointment. I gave two stars to the server who was very kind. But I won’t be returning back for any more wings or pizzas. It left a bad taste for me.
I placed an order online they canceled my order telling me his online orders was not working didnt ask me if l want to place another was very rude than told me l have to wait until the next day too receive a refund l am very disappointed l been ordering here over 10 years lol they must have new management beware they are very rude don't eat here
