Papa Johns Pizza

Would not honor coupon that was sent out. I take it this location is not with the company but private owned. Employee working the register was rude and condescending. It should not matter if it’s a online coupon or not. I will be pulling all my business from them now personal and with my company I am sick of the rudeness and disrespect. I will be contacting the BBB and the city and possibly filling a lawsuit over false advertising. This location goes down hill weekly this year they have had 3 General Managers.

Changing my rating from 5 to 2 stars. I got my free pizza coupon and when i picked it up it was cold and honestly wasn't that good. I was there maybe 10 mins after i got my notification that ot was ready so idk how ot go so cold so fast. I am a long time customer, but guess i will be switching to pick up at a different store from now on.

ordered two pizzas and it took an hour and a half to get here. i also ordered extra cheese on one pizza and it didn’t even have much cheese. My dad’s pizza was cold. Kinda disappointed but at least the stuffed crust was good update: after completing a survey over our experience, they gave us a full refund. great customer service
