Papa Johns Pizza

First order after moving here. It took an hour (but it was a Friday night, and we’re on the outskirts. I can see it.) What I can’t see? Cold. And...a taco. That must have been one hell of a brake check. Then the driver *popped the seal* to check his handiwork...so how it was still delivered is beyond me. Pizza wrecked. Cheese sticks too. Oh, but he did keep his distance. (Does that count if he *opened* the pizza?) So we called back. Reorder was way painless, new pie, hot, as good a fix as you could ask for. So...driver?...1 Star. Manager/crew/pizza? Made up for it. Excellent recovery.

The new manager in training-pants does not wash hands in between handling cash and making food. Watched him several times cross contaminating several customers food. Manager's ego got upset when he got called out. Rather switch to one of the many other pizza joints in the area then risk getting salmonella or another food related illness.

Super bummed. We ordered a pizza and were sitting around waiting for it to arrive. Didn't realize it was sitting on the ground out front for 30 minutes. No one every rang the doorbell or knocked on the door to let us know it was here. By the time we realized it was delivered, it was cold. And it's just gross thinking bugs could have been crawling on it. I don't know why they didn't send me a text or at least ring the doorbell, we were literally sitting around waiting for it to arrive.
