Papa Gino's

I really try to like this place. Haven't had it a while because I gave up on it. So I decided to give it another try. Again was extremely disappointed, got my order wrong again. I don’t understand, every time my order is wrong. My order was so simple, 4 steak and cheese sandwiches and chicken wings and it was all wrong. I placed the order online so it's not like I spoke to someone and they misheard what I said. Very disappointed.

Went in for a pickup. Ordered a meat lover’s pizza. Worst experience I’ve ever had with Papa Gino’s. It embarrassed me to think that I use to work here years ago and not even a new employee would get away with serving a pizza like this and treating me the way they did. This place should just close because it made me feel like they didn’t want to serve me.

Order from Papa Gino's at least 3-4 times a month but this was a horrible experience. Ordered Buffalo wings and fries basket and a Teriyaki wings and fries basket and a few other items to go. When U got home both basket orders were missing there fries and they were both Teriyaki. I went back and sooke with the manager who seemed to be aware and she really chooses to do nothing to compensate the problem and as was aware that they did have Buffalo wing. Extremely disappointing I she would do was to give each order 4 extra wings and we should have a keast got one order a no charge. She couldn't be bothered and wasn't to do that. Very poor business management and not very concerned about loosing there costumes. I will never go back absolutely horrible service and lack of caring. Food overall was just ok.
