In general it is a clean store BUT the service wasn't as good as other Panera's. It is a small store. The down side is their service: the cashier kept make mistakes on our orders, she wasn't focused and she was not at the cashier desk and we needed to wait for her every time. There were no service at the table while other Paneras bringing order to the table if you don't get it when it's ready. There were no buzzer and you wouldn't know when you order is ready. Your meal might not be warm once you get it.
I recently ordered a chicken dear salad, and every time untill now All experiences have been good. When I opened the container and went to bite the chicken, it was frozen. Literially stuck together frozen..I’m sorry but that’s absolutely disgusting and there’s no excuse for that. I won’t be eating there again.
Their turkey bacon is really good. Friendly people work here ????
