I generally hate chains but Panera food is very good, they have healthy options and the staff on Elmwood is super friendly
Everything was great. We ordered at the kiosk which was super quick and efficient. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The food was hot and made to order. The staff was also friendly. We were going to eat outside but it stated to rain! So maybe next time.
Absolutely disgusting. Dirtiest Panera bread I have ever been in. Bathroom is disgusting. Other customers telling me to clean plates for them. Do your job! I will NEVER come back to this location. Good thing your other places aren't as scuby as this one you would be long out of business. And your rude old customers in there you all should start cleaning plates if you want a tip!! Never again, williamsville is nice except Panera bread uggh
