my daughter and two grandsons had lunch there. the price point did not match the amount of food we received. also so one of the young men referred to me as " what's up man " as apposed to Mr. or Sir. that was very disappointing as senior African American Male. the food was prepared well.
Really not ce employees. The service was great and the food we ordered online came in no time.
Today I was reminded not every Panera is the same when I visited another location...Willowbrook is SUBpar compared to Westchester. Last time I got lunch at Westchester my experience was 100% awesome. The young lady who took my order was SUPER friendly, upbeat, enthusiastic and on point. She was patient w/my questions, guided me through my order that was for 4 people and they got my order perfect even though it was complicated. Portions were solid considering high prices, I could see the value. The restaurant was clean, teas were fresh, and staff was super friendly! I wish I drove here today for lunch.
