Panera Bread

I’ve been to this Panera twice and had a terrible experience both times. I eat Panera 4/7 days out of the week and know what the Panera standard is. Last week I was at this location and ordered a full size warm grain bowl. They gave me a half size of the grain bowl, when I paid over $12.00 for the full size. The second time I went I ordered over $50.00 in food online for my colleagues and I. I asked for a few water cups to go since I had to go back to my place of business. They then directed me to the beverage area where they have shot sized water cups, without lids. Maybe if I was dining in I would use the shot cups without lids, but it was clear to them I had a to-go bag in my hand. Finally, when I get back to my place of business and I am ready to eat my food I come to find there is no silverware for any of the soups or salads; there was also only about a teaspoon of salad dressing for my full sized salad that I had to eat dry. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!

I have placed countless orders through Chris, Kailey, and Andrea. They are courteous, friendly, and professional. They know the menu really well and give great suggestions. I have ordered a Madagascar Vanilla Cream, plain bagel with plain cream cheese, and the order is called 'You pick 2.' Within the 2, I chose a bowl of Autumn Squash with a side of bread and a Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich. The Madagascar comes with 3 pumps of vanilla but I wanted it less sweetened so I only had 1 pump of vanilla. It was delicious and the perfect sweetness. My bagel was sliced and not toasted. The bagel was fresh and tasty and soft. Having the cream cheese on it gave the bagel a great kick to it. The Soup is my absolute favorite! Highly recommend it! The Classic Grilled Cheese was nicely toasted and slightly crunchy. It was warm and fresh. The cheese was enough to make the sandwich taste so yummy. I gave 3 stars for a men's restroom that was dirty at 7:30AM. Also their coffe 100% Columbia had no flavor of coffee tasted like dark hot water with no coffee essence. The bear claw was spot on for Panera. My daughter had ice coffee which was bland too and her bagel was good.
