Panera Bread

I always like Panera but yesterday and today I have a bad experience with the sandwich the put too much pepper ????️ and that wasn’t eatable. I don’t like too spicy.

Can you see it? Cheese is an important component on pizza. Only modification was extra tomato. My chicken is stained red which indicates it was under a tomato yet no tomato ontop. Where is the bacon you ask? Me too. And the chipotle drizzle? Probably on vacation? The weekend crew is just that, the weak end. Constantly out of items and usually better in the morning. But its 24hours so beggers and choosers right? Usually I am impressed with the iced coffee in the am.

I was coming to the hospital for sometimes to checkup needs, and bring my son with me to this place, and about a two weeks ago sales person double charged for he. Asked the manager to take the other double charge off to give us what we ordered, and the manager came did that we were waiting to get his sandwich... We already have us the bottle drinks our waiting were for the sandwich. little we know how they treat people the manager wrapped up empty bag medium size cup in brown bag instead of the sandwich. Dry nicely so I won't know... The sad part is this days i have come to see how poorly people can be treated. Anyways paying double one thing and not get the sandwich we ordered paid for it that was sad. we had food delivered to us before from grocery store with bad expired date so on... bad done of the food I kinda got the poor treat in so many ways I can't even say at this moment, but I don't know how to even begin to tell my son how I don't even want to order here because of this
