Panera Bread

Ordered food online, but I had a question that I needed to call about. Apparently this location doesn't answer their phone. I called twice and let the phone ring for 5 minutes each time with no answer either time. Other than that the food was good as usual.

My birthday bucket list lunch was sad today. I cried. They forgot my bowl in curbside. We were told to go back. My daughter had begun eating but felt bad. She stuffed hers back into a bag-messy! All the exits make you exit that area around Target. Meaning there’s no looping back. I called, sad, and asked for a refund they could have cold food back. I was hung up on. Drove 45 minutes to get this. Turned 55 and dad gave me money. I was finally going to splurge. I should have picked a different place. This is also my first business review. I should have known after she cut me off because she couldn’t get my phone number right. It was about 10:15AM on September 20
