Panera Bread

I really think this is one of my favorite paneras. I got the Broccoli cheddar soup and grilled cheese, and the soup was good. But the sandwich was a lot cheesier from other places I've been and that made it better in my opinion. The cashier was very friendly and checked on people to make sure everything was good. Staff kitchen was friendly when picking up orders. Overall, a very welcoming and nice place with good good but a little short staffed it seemed.

Ordered 2 bagels toasted with butter to-go. Was expecting to have the butter put on the bagel while it was warm so it melts. Instead when i got in my car i find that they just gave me butter packets… i mean i could see if i was dining in, but a to-go order… even Bruegger’s puts the butter on bagels for you. You’re Panera. I expect you to do better.
