Their chicken signature sandwich was great but the staff on Cedar Road were grumpy to the point of being rude. Went at 3pm.Looks like they were too tired to respond. Pl understand your positive persona is what makes the customers happy along with the food
Not sure what happened this . morning at this location... sandwich wasn't a sandwich it was made mostly of hard bun. I did not receive part of my order. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the Mac and cheese was ok.
This place was not busy at all but yet it took 20 minutes to get an order of chicken noodle soup and broccoli mac n cheese. I listen to one girl talk about working here 2 days a week her schooling and her nails. No one was friendly. The place is not welcoming (South Euclid)
