19:45 Thursday 8SEP22 Went for lunch break (evening shift) got to the drive thru and employee says they aren’t taking orders due to only having two employees…. Then why are y’all open- further more why did you take an order ahead of ours but not us?? Last week it was witnessing a fight now it’s picking and choosing which customers to service. 2022 food industry looks grim folks

This location has the uncanny ability to screw up even the simplest order. Want a grilled Mac and cheese? There will be several unwanted random ingredients mixed in with the cheese. From delivering completely incorrect items to poor food quality and outright stale food they do it all. For what Panera charges for food I would expect some attention to detail. Avoid this location.

It's 45 minutes before close, and I'm pretty disappointed with the early teardown. You're supposed to mop and take down the drink machines *after* close. It's like they care more about leaving soon than providing service, and the tea I wanted, until the time the sign on the door says. Which reminds me, there are 2 signs on the door listing their hours, and they don't match. EDIT: LOL. I stayed till just before closing time. By then, there were no garbage bags in the cans. Then, I used the restroom, came out, and discovered I was locked in! It was 8 on the nose (on a Sunday, when they close early) when I got to the door. I felt really unwelcome the whole time, and it was annoying.
