Panera Bread

This place is out of my usual stomping grounds but I’ve been enjoying trying out their coffee and sandwich menus along with the bagels with smears. My favorites are the everything bagel and the cinnamon crunch. I love the Tuesday $7.99 bakers dozen. This place is clean, well maintained and the crew are friendly and helpful.

This particular Panera is the worst I've ever been to. Constantly making mistakes on orders, laziness of opening packages to replenish items they have on hand, short changing a bowl of soup and pouring a cup instead. For example: order for eating in, I ordered a bowl of soup and my spouse ordered a cup - soups come out and my bowl looks low and is missing an ingredient. I send my spouse up to ask about the ingredient that is supposed to top the soup and they needed to open a bag (which was right there, they were just too lazy when they put the soup out). They put the topper in a to-go sized soup container and I poured my bowl of soup in the container to see if they shorted me... guess what, they didn't even give me a full cup. They then proceeded to talk back when I asked about it and did not want to make their mistake right. If I pay more for a larger size, it should be different than the cup.

It’s a sham how all Panera bread do their customers who get chicken noodle soup take out. They give FULL cup of broth and very little vegetables and noodles and charge you $7.19 for it. This bad. Reaping off customers. I do it even if you set inside too. Do purchase chicken noodles soup. Look at the pictures
