The food came on normal time but over all super dirty. The microwave have brown stains and the inside was covered in Napkins soaked in something. The drink area was also sticky everywhere you touched.
7 dollars for so little soup I asked for the largest size, filled a small to-go bowl....I asked the lady for a little help and she said she couldnt cus of managers. Panera use to be nice cus they were so responsive to the customers wishes, guess not anymore
Updated review it seems like they're improving the experience at the store and the staff was extremely helpful. In fact my son asked for the wrong meal and the proactively replaced it saving our meal.
