Panera Bread

I'm experiencing excellent service because I and my brother were stuck with Panera bread self-checkout it was frozen and the general manager help me and my brother by taking our order they gave top service like a 5-star restaurant and they gave our order and it was a second little late but the kitchen staff was showing kind tell us we sorry late of my order but the general manager said she going server our food and relax in my table and she came and sever my order i am happy 110% excellent service.

Not the best Panera out there. It’s inside a hospital and you can only get pickup. They have fast service time, but the place is not cozy like all other Paneras. That made the food taste meh, not the complete Panera experience.

The customer service is a highlight of this Panera location. The best location from all I visited so far. The food is also great as well as the atmosphere with plenty of sitting available, often cleaned tables and well maintained premises. Their management and employees are all excellent. Keep up the great work!
